This job consisted of replacing older deteriorated cooling towers on top of the Whitley bay condominium. All of the tenants in this building were experiencing low cooling efficiencies and high power bills in their units so new BAC cooling towers were a must have to correct the problem. Competitive Air and Heat was more than happy to help with the situation, we are experienced in commercial building requirements and were able to have this building back up and running within two days.
